ORGANIZATION AND TUITION:
The ODM Program is organized in 12 two and a half day module units. Modules are organized every 1 to 1.5 month, with breaks during summer (July and August) and winter (December and January). Emphasis is on practice (70% of group work, work in triads/pairs, individual work, feedback from faculty, assistants and peers). Between modules students are encouraged to engage in continuing practice: reading, mentoring groups and peer- or individual-oriented work on self-assigned projects. Each individual determines the amount and type of practice they want to do between modules, depending on their individual life circumstances and interests. Support is provided in the form of peer mentoring and supervision from faculty and assistants. The final module focuses on the review of skills and knowledge developed and presentation of impact the School had on each student. Individual and group feedback are provided to each student.
After the third module, practice sessions start to increasingly focus on developing Executive Coaching skills.
Tuition is 7.920 EUR + VAT and includes costs of enrollment, faculty staff, work spaces and all the materials. Tuition does not include student transportation, accommodation and meals..
Tuition is paid in advance. There is an option to pay in four (4) installments, with a surcharge of 9% (8.633 EUR + VAT). School is organized in sprints that cover specific topics, but each sprint builds onto the previous ones. Therefore, it is students’ responsibility to attend each sprint. In case of absence due to force majeure, students are responsible to do their best to catch up with the group.
All modules are closed residential retreats. They start at 18:00 the first evening (with dinner and group follow-up) and end at 17:00 (at the latest) on the last day:

This program is highly recommended for managers, leaders, entrepreneurs, experts in the field of Human Resources (HR) and Organization development (OD), trainers, coaches, mentors, consultants and individuals motivated to grow and learn about human development, functioning, interpersonal and group relationships, teams and organizations.
ACCREDITATION:
Having satisfactorily completed this course of study, students will be awarded a diploma in Leading and Managing Organization Development. Students are awarded additional Diploma in Executive Coaching.
Students that have completed Level 2 are awarded diploma in Mentoring and DDO Development.
In accordance with their individual preferences and ambitions, graduates may continue their education within ISOD at the Level 3, Art of Transformation and Development Supervision, or pursue a PhD Level study at a number of Universities (inquire with faculty for details).

- School Council will interview the candidates in order to establish clear understanding regarding expectations and motivation. Referrals/recommendations are very welcome.

We choose locations that are accessible and at the same time secluded and located in the nature. For example, modules have been organized at these locations:
- Hotel Terme Jezerčica (Donja Stubica, Croatia)
- Hotel Tomislavov dom, Croatia (at the top of Mt. Medvednica nature park and 20 minutes from Zagreb city center)
- Hotel Villa Letan (situated near the sea, across from National Park Brijuni, 12 km from Pula center).
- Hotel Šport in Otočec, Slovenia (Dolenjska region famous for the charming castle on an islet rising from the mists of the Krka River)
- Hotel Eden, Croatia (Nestled in the shade of a hundred year old pines, Hotel Eden overlooks a quiet cove, only minutes away from Rovinj`s old town)
- Hotel Country Club Babe in Serbia (situated in the historical region and named after roman procurator Baebeninus, hotel is surrounded by untouched nature and only 50 km from Belgrade)
- Hotel Schloss Seggau, Austria (Surrounded by its own meadows and woodland and resting on top of the Frauenberg the castle looks upon Leibnitz and the flood plains of the rivers Sulm and Mur. Hotel grounds include a 300 years old Episcopal wine-cellar and a boutique wine shop which sells the castles very own wines.)
